Gunmen conducted a surprise attack on Chad’s presidential complex in N'Djamena on Wednesday evening. As per Chad Govt spokesperson, 18 out of the 24 gunmen neutralised while one of the security personnel also killed. However, Chadian FM said it was not a terrorist attack. Watch.
